Ordering Retail

you may complete a Purchase Order and fax it to [outside US +"1"]

must have Acrobat Reader to open
document. You will be contacted via email with the total amount,
including shipping and any tax, that will be charged to your credit
card. California sales will be charged 7.75% sales tax.
Event Planners and Reception Venues
Professional Event Planners and Event Venues may be eligible for our "Referral Program" without stocking inventory. Please contact us for details.
Wholesale Requests

Processing
Orders
Parasol
orders are usually
shipped out within 7 business days Monday through
Friday. Please see turn around time box for each parasol style lead time before shipping. Some Decorated
Models, Custom
or very large orders may require up to 2 weeks processing time BEFORE
shipping.
Additional RUSH charges may apply for handling and for shipping should
you need your order filled in less time.
We
will contact you via email to confirm
the status of your order.
RUSH ORDERS
Please be sure
to allow enough time to receive your order for your event. Rush
charges
may apply if you need a Decorated Parasol
order processed in less than 2 weeks.
To
be safe check with us before ordering by email.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of special events parasols and fans are not returnable or
refundable. Defective product is at the discretion of Pamela's Parasols
and will be exchanged only. Any claims for a defective product must be
made within 7 days of delivery. All returns must have a return
authorization number or they will be refused. Please contact us
with any issues.
Custom Orders
Custom orders
are on a per-case basis and we are always happy to hunt for the perfect
detail to make your parasol the perfect accoutrement for your style.
Custom painted designs start at $100 for artwork - this does not include the painted parasol base which runs $48-68 depending on base color. Please contact
us.

Pamela's Parasols is happy to work
with you for the coolest promotional item around: our parasols! Please contact us
for more details. We happily work with ASI members.
Gift Certificates
Boxed Gift
Certificates are available in $20 increments. Minimum purchase $20.
Shipping Policy
The
shopping cart will calculate various shipping options and costs for you
to select from when you place your order. If the cart does not
calculate the correct shipping amount the difference will be added to
your credit card. Shipping
is
Federal Express Ground within USA unless otherwise
specified and paid for. FedEx does not ship to Post Office Boxes. All
parasols
shipments are automatically insured to their full retail value.
Pamela's Parasols is not responsible for lost packages or FedEx's
errors in shipping. International orders are usually shipped USPS. See
"International Orders" section below for complete information.
Damaged Shipments
Should you receive a product damaged during shipping, you must retain
the original shipping container to process the claim with shipping company
to receive credit!
International Orders
International
orders may be processed through cart or faxed, simply:
1. Complete an Order Form
2. email it to orders@pamelasparasols.com or fax it to 760-479-0901 or
mail it to Pamela's Parasols P.O. Box 130007 Carlsbad, Ca 92013, USA.
Shipping
options
to outside of the US are determined by area but are usually shipped
United States Postal Service as this is the cheapest, most efficient
method, easily tracked and insured.
Our web shopping cart is not able to compute International shipping
fees accurately. If you place your International order through the web-cart, a separate email will be
sent to you with your shipping charge. All customs fees, duties and taxes must be paid by customer at delivery.
Customer is responsible for all charges regardless of whether they
retrieve items from customs and agrees to have charges added to credit
card should items be abandoned.
All International orders will have a $20 handling fee added to shipping.
CANADA - MINIMUM ORDER $96
The US Post Office and FedEx
both have ground shipping options that are very inexpensive. We will select the least expensive method for your order. Most
orders to Canada are approximately $25-40 in
shipping and take 7-10 days en route.
AUSTRALIA-NEW ZEALAND - MINIMUM ORDER $200
