Processing Orders Parasol orders are usually shipped out within 7 business days Monday through Friday. Some Decorated Models, Custom or very large orders may require up to 2 weeks processing time BEFORE shipping. Additional RUSH charges may apply for handling and for shipping should you need your order filled in less time. We will contact you via email to confirm the status of your order.  RUSH ORDERS Please be sure to allow enough time to receive your order for your event.  Rush charges may apply if you need a Decorated Parasol order processed in less than 2 weeks. Defective product is at the discretion of Pamela's Parasols and will be exchanged only. Any claims for a defective product must be made within 7 days of delivery. Shipping Policy Shipping is Federal Express Ground within the continental USA unless otherwise specified and paid for. FedEx does not ship to Post Office Boxes. All parasols shipments are automatically insured to their full retail value. Pamela's Parasols is not responsible for lost packages or FedEx's errors in shipping. Damaged Shipments Should you receive a product damaged during shipping, you must retain the original shipping container to process the claim with shipping company to receive credit! International Orders International orders must total a minimum of $100 to process order. International orders must be faxed in.
